Shelby’s Sweet Things started as a humble bakery, filling the air with the irresistible aroma of freshly baked cookies, muffins, and pies baked to order. They always did catering as well, but we had an even bigger dream: a food truck, where the wings are legendary, and the BBQ is unforgettable.
A Sweet Beginning
The journey began with a passion for baked goods that transcended the ordinary. Every pound cake – which they’re famous for and have over 40 flavors! – and every cookie, cupcake, cake and pie was crafted with love.
But as the Shelby’s Sweet Things grew, so did its ambitions and they decided it was time to expand and get a food truck.

The food truck became a way to easily take their signature BBQ, wings and other goodies to local events. On the menu: perfectly smoked BBQ that melts in your mouth and wings that are crispy, juicy, and slathered in sauces so good you’ll want to lick your fingers.
